If you are a webdesigner, a graphic, or your work/hobby is in any way involved in design you surely will know that royalty free images are always hard to be found (unless you pay a lot for an image). Imagetemple.com provides good quality images to designers for free. You can use the images for your personal use or for commercial purpose, before using the images be sure to read the Terms of Service.

Freerange Stock was formed with the goal to provide quality stock photos for commercial and non-commercial use. For free. Freerange is an advertising revenue supported photographic community - photographers get paid when users click on the ads that appear next to their submissions. The free pictures come in a resolution of 1600×1200 pixels and are ready for download and deployment in your projects (read the rules before doing so).
