Flowplayer is a free flash video player for web. With this tool, you can easily embed video streams on your website.It is being developed for its “version 3.0″ until later this year.
By default Flowplayer shows following widgets in the control bar: play/pause button, progress bar (also called ’scrubber’), volume slider, full-screen button, and the menu button.

There are some additional buttons that you can make visible using configuration: the stop button, and the playlist buttons.
You can costumize the supported features and controls using JavaScript. Possible action of user interface menus on the video player can be seen in Living Screenshots section that include these following configs:

* Highly glossy control-bar
* Reduced control-bar with black look
* Controls over video without background color
* Controls over video with auto-hide
* Minimalistic look with single menu (play button)
* Solid controls with custom logo

Another customizable element is skinning the video player with color options that allows you to change the player’s colors to suit the color themes of different Web sites. Should be very useful for you! So have a moment to read the rest of the page resource, to have your FlowPlayer embedded nicely on your site ;)

    Very cool. To my knowledge there are very few (only one comes to mind) open source flash players for sites out there right now, but I could be showing my ignorance. Nonetheless, this seems smooth but generic enough to fit with any site brand.

    There is a brand new version available at http://beta.flowplayer.org It’s quite different and a lot better.
