WAVE is a free web accessibility evaluation tool. It is used to aid humans in the web accessibility evaluation process. Rather than providing a complex technical report, WAVE shows the original web page with embedded icons and indicators that reveal the accessibility of that page.

Twitter is a quite social media service that connects thousand of people. If you’re a Twitter user and you want to personalize your Twitter background, just give a try to Free Twitter Designer. This smart tool helps you create free Twitter backgrounds that have the same look and feel as those done by professional graphic designers.

This application requires you to run Flash 10. You can easily adding text, shapes and image. Those objects are editable using several tools (clone, delete, layer order, edit text, select color, color, fade, blend mode and styles) It also allows you to preview the customization of your twitter background, link, text, sidebar border and sidebar colors (using color numbers). There are also options to display the twitter overlay while you’re working on the sidebar. Turn it off if you want to have a full background preview or turn it on to see how it looks in a real preview window.
