You can upload your image and the ASCII-O-Matic will generate an ASCII image for you. After generating you will be able to copy the HTML Source if you want to use the picture on your website.

Please don't call that "art", it's misinformation and it doesn't do justice to this artform. The output of these programs doesn't compare to the work of real ASCII artists. Real ASCII art is about solving puzzles with the characters and tricking the viewer's eye. Here are some samples of what ASCII artists can do, in case someone is interested:
